A typical implementation strategy includes:
- Collaboration with Your Planning Team: We help physician champions and other leaders to crystallize an implementation plan to fit your goals and circumstances and to ensure engagement and alignment.
- Leadership Kickstart: Language of Caring physician coaches conduct an inspiring interactive session to engage your physicians leaders as champions for the Language of Caring for Physicians®, provide an overview of the program, identify the rich benefits for providers and patients, and delve into selected skills that providers apply immediately. The session also explores the key roles for physician leaders in making the process take hold and produce the results you want.
- Facilitator Training: Language of Caring helps you engage, invigorate, and equip a team of people to facilitate the interactive session for each module and also serve as Peer Coaches who can observe and coach individuals on performance improvement.
- Modular Blended Learning Program: Then, your in-house facilitators conduct the series of learning modules with groups of providers.
- Comprehensive materials: These support each module, simplifying your implementation process and making it easy for you to customize or tweak materials for your organization. Resources include leaders’ guides, workshop plans with handouts, skill reminder cards, hard-wiring activities, posters, evaluation tools, recognition methods, sample communication tools, and much more.
