Language of Caring Customer Service Policies for Your Purchase

Shipping
We ship our physical products domestically and internationally. We ship domestic orders via UPS.  Please allow 4-10 business days to process and receive your order.

For international orders please contact [email protected] for shipping price based on your country’s location and the number of books you’d like to purchase.

Please return any damaged merchandise to Language of Caring® 6614 Clayton Road #333 Richmond Heights, Missouri 63117 United States for replacement.

A secure shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Once delivery to the address provided by the customer has been confirmed by UPS lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy 
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order ONLY if your order has not been shipped. No order is deemed cancelled until you receive an email from Language of Caring confirming that your order has been cancelled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the Return Policy below.

Return Policy
To return products, mail your package back to Language of Caring 6614 Clayton Road #333 Richmond Heights, Missouri 63117 United States and we will either credit your credit card or mail you a check for the cost of the returned items, minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow two weeks to process your refund. We recommend shipping your package back to Language of Caring using a delivery method that generates a tracking number. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed.

Items returned must be undamaged, unless they were received damaged.
