On the Healthcare Experience: “I’ve been on all sides of the bed—as a patient, a family member, a nursing student, a leader, and a consultant. What I’ve found is that, no matter what, it is ALWAYS about people. We have the opportunity and responsibility, to make a difference in the lives of the people we touch. Our actions, or inactions, either brighten or darken the individual’s experience. And, when we choose to brighten another person’s experience, at the same time we illuminate and enrich our own!”
