Having devoted twenty years to working in acute care settings, Janice brings a wealth of experience to the Language of Caring team, from her roles in organization development, leadership development, and succession planning, as well as coach of executives and physicians. Formerly, Janice led the Executive Talent function at Banner Health in Phoenix, where she created physician and senior leadership development strategies for the entire system. She also skillfully managed Banner Health’s talent management review process, senior level succession planning, and development initiatives. Janice has an engaging and effective interpersonal style. She is respected for her ability to earn trust, provide powerful feedback, and remain flexible in meeting the client’s needs, while also achieving organizational objectives.
