Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer

Dustin Fennell has a dual role. As Chief Operations Officer, Dustin leverages his 10+ years of senior executive experience to lead the Language of Caring operational teams to ensure innovative product development, effective solutions implementation, and efficient operational performance. As Chief Information Officer, Dustin applies his 17+ years of experience as an IT Professional to integrate technology to support Language of Caring programs, clients and website development. Dustin has a proven track record of understanding operational challenges and introducing solutions that strengthen teamwork, keep people engaged, lower costs, and increase organizational effectiveness.

Dustin holds a B.S. in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix. At Capella University, he has completed coursework for a PhD in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management and is working on his dissertation.
