Healthcare Experience:  “As a healthcare administrator and the parent of a child with a chronic illness, I have learned that skillful communication is the key to patient, family, employee and provider satisfaction. The drastic changes taking place in the healthcare industry today, the empathy and communication skills of an organization’s leaders and frontline providers will be the driving force behind much of its success.”
