On the Healthcare Experience:  “Over the years, I have had the great pleasure of working with individuals from all walks of life. In every interaction, I could see that the yearning for respect, understanding, and compassion is in all of us. I believe that exceptional communication empowers both caregiver and patient to experience a heightened level of caring that not only improves outcomes but expresses our respect, compassion, and understanding.”
